1. What personal data does Joviplanet keep from the customer?
– Customer data is obtained through registration on the Website and Apps, an email address is required when creating an account.
– Customer data is obtained based on information issued by the Customer in the customer area, the name of the person responsible for the account, address, telephone, tax number is required.
– The Customer’s data is obtained in the use of the Website and Apps is passively through the software and/or external services to collect passive information while the Customer browses or interacts withthe content of the website or with Joviplanet’s partner companies, as well as information about the device the Customer is using.
– The Customer data obtained through the above mentioned points can be consulted, changed or deleted by the Customer through the “Personal Account” or by making the request by e-mail toJoviplanet at [email protected].
– The data is the responsibility of the Customer, for any change or cancellation in the customer account.Joviplanet is responsible for the protection of the data provided by the Customer.It is not stored nor is it allowed to use the Service to under 18s. If the minor has registered with Joviplanet, the registration and all data inherent to it will be deleted immediately.

2. What data is passively stored?
The purpose of collecting this passive information from the Customer is to better understand how the interaction with the Web pages and Apps is, decipher possible errors in the implementation of our Web pages and Apps and improve our services for the customer.

3. What data does Joviplanet automatically store?
Customer data is used to generate recommendations, automatic property alerts customized according to each Customer’s profile or other automatic messages.

Customer data is automatically obtained when using the website and Apps when:
The Customer publishes on the Website or in the Apps, it automatically proceeds to the current location, depending on the permission of the device that the customer is using and the configuration that he has personally made.

The Customer starts or ends the session with the customer account (Login/Logout), the technical details are registered and stored with the day, time zone, password modification.

The Client uses other websites to access the Joviplanet Website or Apps, the date and time of each visit, search performed, advertising banners visited during the use of our Website and Apps are recorded.

Cookies are used to manage the Client’s sessions.
